Here is a basic guide on how to change the oil level for the Honda PCX 160 2023:
- Gather the necessary tools and materials: oil pan, new oil, oil filter wrench, funnel, and a clean rag. Chang Thai
- Warm up the engine by riding the scooter for a few minutes. This will allow the oil to circulate and drain more easily.
- Place the oil pan under the engine to catch the old oil.
- Locate the oil drain bolt at the bottom of the engine, near the oil filter. Using the oil filter wrench, loosen the drain bolt and allow the oil to drain completely into the pan.
- Replace the oil filter with a new one. To do this, loosen the oil filter cap with the oil filter wrench and remove the old filter. Then, clean the cap and gasket surface, and install the new filter by hand.
- Fill the engine with new oil using the funnel. The recommended oil capacity for the Honda PCX 160 2023 is 1.2 liters.
- Check the oil level with the dipstick, which is located near the oil filler cap. The oil level should be between the upper and lower marks on the dipstick.
- Reinstall the oil filler cap and start the engine. Let it run for a few minutes and then check the oil level again with the dipstick. Add more oil if necessary.
