1. Scope and application
These tour booking conditions will apply to the presentation of the tour program, tour bookings. and tour services on website: changthairentals.com (hereinafter the word “website” will be used) These conditions are announced by Chang Thai Tour and Travel Phuket. (hereinafter the word “Chang Thai Tour and Travel Phuket” ) which is the seller for customer, who booked the tour (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”)
2. Tour booking conditions
Booking a tour through the Chang Thai Tour website is only a notification of your wish to travel with Chang Thai Tour and Travel Phuket. It is not a confirmation of the exact trip. Until you are contacted by the official to notify payment of the deposit for the tour and other services (if any) and pay the remaining tour fees in advance before traveling. This process will be complete once you receive a confirmation document and official receipt from Chang Thai Tour and Travel Phuket.
3.Tour program
3.1 Tourist attractions in advertising and descriptions on the website is give an overall idea of the tourist attractions. The presented may not correspond 100% to the location on the tour operate.
3.2. Bookings & Prices
Prices: We do our best to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website because tour prices are subject to change at any time, but errors may occur. Please confirm pricing and details with us from a document booking.
4. Payment of service fees
You must pay an advance deposit or full payment (depend on the trip condition) in the amount specified in the document as notified by Chang Thai Tour and Travel Phuket within 3 days from the date of booking. The remaining amount pay at least 20 days before traveling. If you do not pay the remaining amount on the specified date Chang Thai Tour and Travel Phuket considers that you cancel the trip automatically without any refund of the deposit.
5. Trip Cancellation & Refund
5.1 Conditions for canceling a trip and requesting a refund depend on the tour program in any company. Please see attached the tour program document about travel cancellation and refund conditions delivered by Chang Thai Tour and Travel Phuket.
5.2 Cancellation due to accident or illness, please submit evidence of medical certificate or other reasons for consideration.
5.3 If you cancel your trip Due to any conditions in which you or person in your group is unable to travel but you can find someone to travel instead. Must inform in advance within 7 days before traveling. May with some additional charge.
5.4 Refunds Chang Thai Tour will refund to the names of those who paid the tour fee to us only. (unless authorization is confirmed in writing)
6. Tour services
6.1 Chang Thai Tour and Travel can change some travel details in this tour program or change to some similar program if a force majeure event occurs that cannot be resolved without prior notice.
6.2 Chang Thai Tour and Travel is not responsible for events caused by airlines, natural disasters, revolutions, and others. Beyond the control of the company or additional expenses that occur directly or indirectly, such as illness, harm, loss, delay, or accidents.
6.3 If you withdraw before the travel program ends. Chang Thai Tour will consider that you have waived your rights and will not be responsible for the service fees that you have already paid in any case.
6.4 Chang Thai Tour is not responsible for prohibitions on leaving the country or prohibiting entry into the country. due to something illegal or incorrect travel documents or being rejected in other cases
6.5 In the case of an error from a representative company or related agency. until there is a cancellation, delay, or change in service from airlines, transportation companies, or agencies that provide services Chang Thai Tour will do its best to provide alternative tour services. But no refund will be given for that service fee.
6.6 Tour Guides, employees and representatives of Chang Thai Tour and Travel there is no right to make any promises. All on behalf of Chang Thai Tour In addition to having a document signed by an authorized person of the company Directed only.
6.7 If unable to travel to the places specified in the program caused by nature travel delays and errors from the travel. There will be no refunds of any kind. However, we will provide itineraries for other places instead. We reserve the right to make this arrangement without prior notice.
7. Receipt
7.1 Chang Thai Tour and Travel will issue a temporary receipt in the case of payment of the tour deposit. As for the receipt, the company will issue it after customer make a full payment for the remaining service fees.
